That’s it. No phone support, no chat bots, no “our team” – just me, Rob, answering emails when I’m not running prints or campaigns.
Response time: Usually within 24 hours, unless I’m deep in a weekend gaming session or dealing with a printer that’s being temperamental.
Custom printing: Got your own STL files? Email them over and I’ll quote the job. I print your files, I don’t design them – but I’ll print them to the same standard as everything else that ships from here.
