Here Are Our Custom Printing Guidelines and What We Offer
Custom 3D printing services for customers who provide their own STL files. We specialize in high-quality printing using professional-grade equipment and materials.
Minimum order: $20 (miniature orders include 2 copies of the miniature)
File Requirements
- STL files ONLY – We do not accept G-code or 3MF files
- Files must be compatible with our printer specifications
- No licensed products – We will not print copyrighted material (Marvel, Disney, etc.)
- Customer is responsible for file quality and printability
- HeroForge / similar STL files: Always select the option to have the base separate from the model to avoid warping or deformation.
- Licensing Verification: Purchasing an STL file does not automatically grant the right to have it printed by a third-party service such as Kingfisher 3D Printing. Customers must provide a link to the source of the STL so we can review the licensing agreement before printing.
- We’ll review files during consultation and advise on any potential issues

Resin Printing (High Detail):
- Ceramic grey resin for easy priming and painting
- High detail resolution perfect for miniatures and detailed models
FDM Printing (Accessories & Larger Items):
- PLA filament (various colors available)
- PETG filament for enhanced durability
Our Process
- Email Consultation – Send detailed project specifications via our contact form at the bottom of the page, including:
- STL files or detailed description
- Quantity needed
- Material preferences
- Any special requirements
- Quote & Timeline – We’ll provide accurate pricing and realistic completion timeframes based on actual print times
- 50% Deposit – Required to begin production, you will receive an email confirming your order and it will have a link to our payment portal for the deposit
- Production – Professional printing with quality inspection
- Final Payment & Pickup/Shipping – Balance due upon completion. You will receive an email with a link to the payment portal for the balance of what is owed. Here you will either pay for shipping or check Free Local Pick Up button. Please check our shipping policy
Timeline Expectations
Print times are determined by the model complexity and size – we cannot alter physics to meet unrealistic deadlines. Each project receives an honest timeline estimate based on:
- Actual print duration required
- Current production queue
- Post-processing requirements
Rush orders are not available. Quality takes time.
What We DON’T Do
- Bulk manufacturing (we’re not a factory)
- Design services or STL creation
- Accept G-code or 3MF files
- Print licensed/copyrighted material
- Work with materials outside our specifications
- Guarantee specific delivery dates (print times vary by model)
- Modify STL files (customer must provide print-ready files)
