Why 3D Printed Miniatures Beat Store-Bought Every Time
IMPORTANT NOTICE
All miniatures are printed in ceramic grey for easy priming and painting unless otherwise stated. Painted examples shown on this site are for inspirational purposes only and are not included with your purchase. We use premium RPG resin specifically designed for miniatures, ensuring high-quality results suitable for both display and tabletop use. Depending on resin availability, models may be produced using either water-washable or standard resin, which can result in slight color variations between pieces. Each miniature arrives unprimed and unassembled, ready for painting or for collectors who prefer unpainted models. Minor assembly may be required, including light sanding, gap filling, or other small finishing touches. Every effort is made to fully cure each piece; however, if any residual uncured resin is found upon arrival, a brief rinse in isopropyl alcohol followed by exposure to direct sunlight or UV light will complete the curing process.
Each miniature is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. In rare cases, minor warping or breakage may occur during shipping. If warping is present, submerge the affected area in warm water until pliable, gently adjust to the desired position, and allow it to cool; a hair dryer may also be used. Broken components can be easily reattached using standard miniature glue. Shipping fees include tracking and insurance through Canada Post. If a package arrives damaged due to handling during transit, claims for shipping-related damage must be filed with Canada Post under that insurance coverage. However, if a miniature is received with a manufacturing flaw or defect originating from our production process, we will gladly replace the affected item.
